These reports are provided for information purposes only and constitute neither investment advice, nor a personalised recommendation, nor an inducement to buy or sell an asset. Signal Clair is neither a financial investment adviser nor a digital asset service provider. The terms of sale are set out in the terms of use and sale.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the site and the service (texts, logo, graphic identity, methodology, structure and layout of the reports, source code) are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Purchased reports are intended for the buyer's personal use and may not be resold or published.

The names and logos of the data providers mentioned on the site (Binance, CoinGecko, DefiLlama, Glassnode, TradingView, CoinMarketCap) are trademarks belonging to their respective owners. Mentioning them only indicates a data source and does not imply any partnership.
