Terms of use and sale
Last updated: 24 September 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. Only the French version is legally binding; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Signal Clair service, published by Arnaud Favre, sole trader (micro-entrepreneur, SIRET: 815 202 080 00074), whose registered address is 6 route du Peuil, 38640 Claix, France, hereinafter "Signal Clair". By creating an account or ordering a report, you accept these terms without reservation.
2. Description of the service
Signal Clair generates technical and fundamental analysis reports on crypto assets, based on public market data and a deterministic methodology. These reports are provided for information purposes only. They do not in any way constitute investment advice, a personalised recommendation, or an inducement to buy or sell a financial asset. Any investment decision remains the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Creating an account
Access to the service requires creating an account, either through a login link sent by email or via a Google account. You undertake to provide a valid email address and to keep the means of accessing your account confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
4. Ordering and payment
Each report is ordered and paid for individually, at the price shown on the site at the time of ordering. Payment is processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. The order is confirmed as soon as payment is received, which triggers the automatic generation of the report.
You can also buy a credit pack (4 or 8 credits, at the price shown at the time of purchase). One credit lets you generate one report. Credits are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, unused credits expire and are neither refunded nor converted. Credits are personal, tied to your account, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. The oldest credit is used first. If the generation of a report paid for with a credit fails, the credit is returned automatically.
5. Right of withdrawal
The report is digital content delivered immediately after payment, with no physical medium. By confirming your order, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once generation of the report has begun, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
For a credit pack, the credits are made available to you as soon as payment is confirmed. You waive your right of withdrawal as soon as you use a first credit. As long as no credit from the pack has been used, you may exercise this right within 14 days of purchase via the contact form: the pack is then refunded and all its credits are removed from your account.
6. Refunds
A report is calculated automatically from current market data and delivered as soon as it is generated. A refund is therefore only possible if the service was not provided:
- the report could not be generated (technical error, data unavailable). For a report paid for with a credit, the credit is returned automatically. For a report paid for by card, you choose between a refund or a credit;
- the delivered report is incomplete or unreadable and we cannot fix it by generating it again;
- you were charged twice for the same order;
- a pack of which no credit has been used, within 14 days of purchase.
No refund is granted for a report that has been generated and delivered, in particular in the event of disagreement with the analysis, market developments that differ from the scenarios presented, or a loss resulting from an investment decision. Credits already used are not refunded.
In the event of a refund or a payment dispute with your bank, the unused credits of the pack concerned are removed from your account and the report concerned is no longer accessible. Any abusive payment dispute for a service that was provided will be answered to your bank with the supporting evidence for the order (acceptance of these terms, date the report was generated).
These rules apply without prejudice to the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
7. No investment advice
Signal Clair is not a financial investment adviser and is not registered as such. The reports provided are the result of automated processing of public data, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or future performance. Financial markets, and crypto-assets in particular, carry a risk of capital loss. Signal Clair cannot be held liable for investment decisions made on the basis of a report.
8. Availability of the service
Signal Clair uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, or in the event of force majeure or a failure of a third-party provider (host, data provider, payment method).
9. Intellectual property
The content of the site (texts, methodology, report layout) is protected by copyright. The report you buy is licensed to you for your personal use; it may not be resold or redistributed to third parties without permission.
10. Suspension and termination
Signal Clair reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of fraudulent or abusive use, or use contrary to these terms, without notice in the event of a serious breach.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
12. Contact
For any question about these terms, you can write to us via our contact form.
